Patient Reference Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. 

The Patient Participation group (PPG) consists of patients registered at our practice with the aim of representing the views of all registered patients so to improve the service and efficiency of the practice. Members are expected to share their healthcare experiences with the group and be willing to discuss and consider ideas on how to improve Customer Satisfaction and the range and quality services provided by the practice.

We are grateful for the time and commitment from our existing members but we are always keen to recruit additional members. You will be most welcome. Please contact the practice for further information.
