New Patient Registration

If you have had a GP in England before you will have an NHS number. Please try and find it for us. It helps us to find your medical record which will make your registration quicker. Here are the four ways you can find an NHS number:

• the national find your NHS number service
• on NHS letters
• on prescription papers
• on the NHS app or on a child's baby red book

Paper copies can also be provided in person from our reception team if you cannot register via the online service.

All new patients will be offered a health check with the nurse within one month of applying to register at the practice.
