Digital Inclusion: 1-to-1 Support for Patients

Warrington Central East PCN is committed to ensuring all our patients can access health services digitally. We are working in partnership with the local Council to provide 1-to-1 digital support sessions.

How it works:

Next time you visit your GP surgery, you will find a Digital Support Ballot Box located next to the prescription drop-off point. Simply fill in a form with your name, contact number, and the type of digital help you require (e.g., using the NHS App or navigating our website).

What happens next?

Your information is collected securely and passed to the Council's Digital Inclusion Team. A member of their team will then call you to book a free, 1-to-1 session to help you get tech-savvy.

Improving access to General Practice

Improving access to general practice evening and weekends appointments now available. Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings (after 6:30pm) or at weekends appointments will take place at either 1 Manchester Road or Greenbank Surgery. Talk to the practice Receptionists to book an appointment.
