Clinics

We provide a range of family planning services (please remove including coils, caps and implanon. Please ask at reception for an appointment (which will be subject to availability at the time, given current pressures and demands on the Practice).

A general health check are available as follows:

NHS Health check

• aged 40-74 (no other conditions, every 5 years to assess the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease)
• Well Woman
• Well Man
• aged 75 and over (who has not seen a GP in the last year)

General checks will be carried out as follows:

Blood pressure, blood tests (as appropriate), Height and Weight, Lifestyle advice, Tetanus status.
