All patients wishing to order prescriptions online should register for this service in order to obtain the necessary access codes. Please call into the surgery with any form of ID. This could be a driving license, a gas bill or passport for example.
- Please only tick on the slip what you require to reduce medicine wastage.
- We require 48 hours to process your repeat prescription.
- Please make allowances for weekends and public holidays.
Local pharmacies offer a pickup and delivery service for repeat prescriptions. Please enquire at your local pharmacy for additional information on this service. You must notify the pharmacy of your choice when your prescription needs collecting.

The Electronic Prescribing Service (EPS) is an NHS Service. It gives you the opportunity to change how your GP sends your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice to receive medicines or appliances.
Click here for more information, the practice and local pharmacies have leaflets to explain the changes and EPS patient nomination forms.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
